Q: What do I need to use Easy Letter Sender?

A: Easy Letter Sender makes it easier than ever before to create a personalized letter or postcard. All you need is:

• Your return address. This is the name and address to which you want your mail piece returned if it is undeliverable.
• One or more recipient addresses. Enter one or more names and addresses or choose “Import Addresses” to upload a list saved as a .csv file. A list template for use with Microsoft Excel is available when you choose “Import Addresses” on the Recipient Addresses fill-in screen.
• Your image(s). If you’re sending a letter, you can choose to include an image, which prints at the top right of the first page and is fully visible through the envelope window. If you’re sending a postcard, include one large image on the front of the postcard and a second smaller image at the bottom left of the back of the postcard. In both cases you can choose an image from our gallery or upload your own.
• Your message. Using the default text size and font the first page of the letter will fit about 350 words of text. If you would like more space, feel free to include up to 9 additional pages. If you’re sending a postcard, your message will appear on the back (address) side of the card, where there is space for about 150 words of text.
• Contact details. Each letter template includes space at the bottom of each page to include your name, organization name, phone number, e-mail address, website, etc. You can of course choose to leave this space blank.

Q: Can I automatically personalize my letter or postcard for each recipient?

A: Not at this time. At Click2Mail, we think personalized mail is smart marketing and our Mailing Online products can all be personalized. However, to keep Easy Letter Sender easy, we do not offer a mail merge personalization feature at this time.
