Yes, you can mail at Non-Profit rates, but we must first verify your Non-Profit status with the USPS. To apply for access to the Non-Profit mail class, you must register as a business type account. After the registration process is complete, sign to your Dashboard. You should see the option to apply for Non-Profit status under Preferences.

Under HIPAA, certain information about a person’s health or health care services is classified as Protected Health Information (PHI). Users of Click2Mail who are subject to HIPAA and wish to use Click2Mail services with PHI must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with C2M LLC. To request a BAA please email: email@example.com or contact Customer Support.
Each user of Click2Mail is solely responsible for determining whether they are subject to HIPAA requirements and whether they use or intend to use Click2Mail services in connection with PHI. Users who have not entered into a BAA with C2M LLC must not use Click2Mail services in connection with PHI.
