Switching from Mailing Online Classic to Pro
Step 1: Reload your documents
The easiest, fastest way to move your existing documents is to simply reload the original files you loaded into Mailing Online Classic. If you need help with the new workflow see “How to upload a document” below.
If you no longer have the original document or cannot recreate it, in almost all cases, we are able to extract a usable file through the system for you (call Click2Mail Customer Support at 1-866-665-2787, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm Eastern). If we are successful using this technique we load the document into your Mailing Online Pro account where you can review and approve it before you create your first mailing.
