A: When you use Click2Mail.com, USPS Tracking service is free. You have online access to the date, time and ZIP Code of delivery. There’s no waiting; you will know when your message arrived in the recipient’s mailbox. Signature Confirmation is also available for an additional fee.

Q: Can I personalize my Priority Mail for each recipient?

A: Yes! At Click2Mail, we believe that personalized mail is smart marketing. Our Mailing Online Publisher allows you to easily personalize your Priority Mail by using data from your mailing list – similar to “mail-merge.” This allows you to integrate information such as a customer name, salutation, account number, balance due, appointment date, and so on.

Q: When will my Priority Mail be sent?

A: Orders submitted before 12 PM Eastern time on a business day (including Saturday) are printed and mailed the same day (volume limits apply). Orders submitted after 12 PM ET are printed and mailed no later than the next business day. See production and mailing schedule.

Q: What about a mailing list?

A: Lists are easy to create or we make it easy for you to purchase one online at Lists.Click2Mail.com. Any list created in a word processing, spreadsheet, or database program and saved in the CSV, TAB, MDB, XLS, or XLSX file formats is compatible with the Mailing Online system.
